Master’s scholarships are provided for those who want to continue their education at Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN)’s postgraduate study program. UMN provides two postgraduate study programs: the “Master of Technology Management (MMT)” study program, which has existed since 2019, and the “Master of Communication Studies (Magister Ilmu Komunikasi/MIK)” which has existed since 2021.

UMN Master’s Scholarships are given in the form of tuition fees in several categories, as follows:

• UMN Alumni

Those who graduated (undergraduate) at UMN and want to continue your postgraduate education at UMN will get a 30% discount on tuition fees.

• Kompas Gramedia Employees

Kompas Gramedia employees who want to continue their postgraduate education in the UMN Master’s program will get a 40% discount on tuition fees.

• UMN employees

Especially for UMN employees, you will have the opportunity to get a tuition fee discount for those who want to continue their education in the UMN Master’s program.

• Academic Knowledge Test scores

For prospective students who do not fall into the categories above, you can still get a tuition fee discount by taking the entrance selection test. There will be a tuition fee discount of up to 30% based on the value of the Academic Knowledge Test (Tes Pengetahuan Akademik/TPA).

The two Master’s study programs at UMN Masters have their respective goals, aiming to produce high-quality graduates and develop their knowledge according to their respective fields.

MMT UMN is a blend of management science, strategy, and technology by building innovative and progressive digital leadership. The study program aims to produce graduates who have international insight and are competent in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)-based technology management. MMT UMN emphasizes theoretical and applicable mastery through an interdisciplinary approach, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and virtuous character.

Meanwhile, MIK UMN prioritizes aspects of digital communication, innovation, managerial, technopreneurship, and producing graduates with a global perspective by combining scientific and practical perspectives. That way, graduates can explain and solve various strategic communication problems in the field of marketing communications and corporate communications. The study program emphasizes the importance of having the ability to anticipate the disruption caused by digital transformation that continues to develop in industry and society.

You can get the master’s scholarship by becoming part of the UMN family and registering yourself by:

1. Complete the online registration form on UMN’s website. 

2. Uploading the documents stated below at the registration link:

• A photocopy of your identity card 
• A photocopy of your Bachelor’s Degree certificate
• A copy of your undergraduate grade transcript
• TOEFL Prediction or TOEIC certificate (minimal score 500) that are still valid
• Company recommendation letter (for those who are already working)

3. Take the entrance exam selection with the following materials:

• Academic Potential Test (TPA)
• Interview
• Case study analysis

4. College graduates from various disciplines as long as they meet the requirements

5. College graduates accredited by BAN-PT

6. All prospective students who are accepted are required to take the Matriculation class
