It is undeniable that Multimedia Nusantara University (UMN) is one of the campuses that produces great and famous alumni in the entertainment, media, YouTube and creative industries. So, here are 5 UMN alumni famous for their productive works.

  1. Kristo Immanuel

Kristo Immanuel Caesar, an Instagram Influencer who recently interviewed the actors of the popular Stranger Things series, is very famous for his voice acting skills. Starting from imitating the voices of the Indonesian President Jokowi, Spongebob, Mickey Mouse, Transformers, Joker, other cartoon characters, he has even imitated animals. He is so good at what he does that he got recognized by Deddy Corbuzier, who invited him to the TV Show “Black and White” Trans 7.

In addition to voice acting, this UMN alumnus of the film department also produces funny, creative, and absurd videos on his Instagram and YouTube that often hurt our stomachs. He also tried a career in the film world, playing an actor in the series “Pensi” (2021), which has been aired on Netflix, and accompanying Ernest Prakasa as an assistant director in the film “Teka Teki Tika.”

  1. Gritte Agatha

You may have heard about this alumni from the world of acting and FTV entertainment. Griselda Agatha, better known as Gritte Agatha, is an actress, YouTuber, and short film producer.

Gritte initially had a career as an extra in the soap opera “Ratapan Anak Tiri” (2006) and became known to the Indonesian public in 2010 when she played Mae in “Get Married: The Series.” Apart from being active in acting, Gritte also produces several short films and her own web series, such as Check In, Love Dandelion, Matchalatte, Matchalatte 2, and many more.

In his current career, Gritte is also active as a YouTuber who consistently uploads videos ranging from travel vlogs, vlogs with his girlfriend, hotel & culinary reviews, and podcasts which he titled #Gaib and #GritteBukaPraktek on his youtube channel.

Aulia Rizsa Wirizqi, better known as Aulion, is one of the proud content creators of Indonesia. Aulion initially studied at the UMN VCD major and had experienced studying in Germany.

Aulion became known to the public through YouTube through his stop motion animation videos. For him, stop motion can make something ordinary become extraordinary. From his work on youtube, Aulion has also been nominated for Influence Asia 2015 (Top Youtube Personality), and together with Chandra Liow, he directed and produced the work Youtube Rewind 2021.

  1. Nadia Soekarno

Those who are fans of NET TV should know who Nadia Soekarnoe is. She appeared as a journalist and broadcaster on Good Afternoon, Viral, and The Newsroom, a NET news program. 

Before working at NET, Nadia studied in the Faculty of Communications, majoring in Journalism at UMN. While in college, she also had experience as an intern as a production assistant for the “360” program at MetroTV. Then, after leaving NET, Nadia worked as an Expert in the Social Media Sector and Assistant to the Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy at the time, Wishnutama.

In addition to working as a journalist in the media world, Nadia also works as a content creator through holiday vlogs, daily work when she works at NET, tourism, and culinary.

  1. Kevin Anggara

Kevin Anggara Wirawan, often called Kevin Anggara, is an actor, blogger, writer, and YouTuber. This alumnus of the UMN film department started his career as a blogger in 2011 and is continuing.

In addition to writing stories of serious experiences but often packed with jokes on his blog. Kevin Anggara is also active as a YouTuber with daily vlog content, funny video compilations, serial reviews, and silly content that is quite entertaining.

During his career, Kevin also tried acting in the films Koala Kumal and Ngenest, made by Raditya Dika and Ernest Prakasa. Even from the film Ngenest, Kevin got two awards at the 2016 Indonesian Box Office Movie Awards and 2016 Indonesian Movie Actor Awards, as the Best Male Newcomer and Favorite Newcomer.
